You must be at least 18 years old to open an account with Crixo. During registration, you are required to provide your correct name, date of birth, and mobile number. Crixo reserves the right to close any account at any time if inaccurate information is provided, and in such cases the balance may not be returned.
Crixo may request identity verification prior to large withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected on an account. Verification is typically carried out by matching the name on a National ID (NID) with the name registered to the mobile banking account.
Withdrawals above a certain threshold may be held until KYC verification is completed. Deposits and betting remain unaffected in the meantime. Once verification is done, all restrictions are lifted.
You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure. Sharing account access with anyone else is not permitted. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact Crixo Support immediately.
The minimum deposit on Crixo is just ৳50. Instant deposits are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfers require a minimum of ৳500 and may take 1–3 business days to process.

Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Standard withdrawals are processed within 2–24 hours.
In cases of unusually large or suspicious withdrawal patterns, Crixo may request additional verification. This is done solely to protect the member's account.
Crixo's primary currency is the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted. All amounts are displayed and held in BDT.
All bonuses on Crixo come with a wagering requirement. The requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn. Each bonus offer has its own validity period — once it expires, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
Wagering Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement, you'll need to place ৳5,000 worth of bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Bets can be placed on any match, though minimum odds apply.
New members receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit — up to ৳1,000. This bonus is applicable once only and must be redeemed within 30 days of registration.
Each Crixo voucher code can only be used once per account. Sharing or selling codes with others is strictly prohibited. Once a voucher expires, the code becomes invalid and any associated bonus is forfeited.
A bet placed on Crixo is confirmed once the system sends a confirmation notification after submission. If no confirmation is received due to a network issue, the bet will not be considered valid — if your balance has not been deducted, the bet has not been placed.
If a match is cancelled or does not complete within the designated time, Crixo will refund the stake for that bet. For matches suspended indefinitely due to flooding, storms, or other causes, if at least 50% of the match has been played, bets may be settled based on the result at that point.
If a match is cancelled, that selection will be removed from a multi-bet and the remaining selections will be re-evaluated at revised odds.
The Cash Out feature is not available on all matches at all times. Once you accept the amount offered at the time of cash out, it is final — the request cannot be changed afterwards. Partial Cash Out on the same bet is also possible.
Crixo reserves the right to void related bets and suspend or permanently close any account found to be involved in betting syndicates, arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or exploitation of system errors.
Every Crixo member has full control over their betting activity. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one requires a 24-hour waiting period.
No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use Crixo. If a parent or guardian suspects their child is using the platform, please contact support@crixo.best immediately. Crixo will investigate the account without delay.

Crixo reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account for any of the following reasons:
Any valid (non-bonus) balance remaining in a permanently closed account will be refunded, subject to completion of the verification process.

If you are dissatisfied with anything, contact Crixo's support team first — via live chat or at support@crixo.best. Most complaints are resolved within 24–48 hours.
If your issue remains unresolved through support, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the licensing authority.
In the event of a result dispute, Crixo verifies outcomes using official sources (ICC, FIFA, etc.). Disputes based on third-party live score websites will not be accepted.
Crixo reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, registered members will be notified via email and in-app notification at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance, or other reasons. No bets will be accepted during this time, and any active bets will be safely preserved. All activities will resume once the service is restored.
